Frequently asked questions
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes campaigns and sequences, inbox rotation, warmup, built-in verification, unified replies, suppression handling, the public REST API, signed webhooks, hosted MCP access, and a monthly AI-credit allocation. Capacity limits vary by tier.
When does billing begin?
The checkout shows the selected plan, amount due, applicable taxes, and first billing date before confirmation. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, paid access begins when payment succeeds and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Do AI credits roll over?
Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. If you regularly need more, top-up packs are available in-app, or move up a plan for a larger monthly pool.
Can I buy more AI credits?
Yes. Credit top-up packs are available inside the app on any plan.
Can agencies manage multiple client workspaces?
Yes. Growth includes 3 workspaces and Scale includes 10 client workspaces with isolated contacts, campaigns, and reporting. Enterprise supports custom workspace limits.
Is the API a paid add-on?
No. The public REST API, signed webhooks, and hosted MCP server are available on every plan. Plan and rate limits still apply.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change the selected plan from billing. The app shows how the change affects billing and capacity before confirmation.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You can cancel from the account billing area before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid billing period and no pro-rata refund is provided. If law requires a refund and permits deductions, current-cycle AI usage and a processing fee equal to 4% of that cycle’s billed amount may be deducted. Are business inboxes included in the plan price?
Yes. Each plan includes the listed allowance of provisioned business inboxes with no markup on that allowance at launch. Existing supported inboxes can also be connected. Additional inboxes, domains, and customer-owned provider subscriptions cost extra.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
The app prevents new capacity from exceeding the plan limit and directs an owner to the appropriate upgrade path. Existing data is not presented as disposable capacity.
