Connect the systems that supply, send, verify, and move your outbound data.
Connect the mailbox, infrastructure, verification, enrichment, migration, and automation services your outbound workflow needs.
Customer-owned connections·Workspace-scoped credentials·API on every plan
Mailbox connections
Use real business inboxes for sending and replies.
Google Workspace
Authorize Gmail synchronization through OAuth, verify SMTP readiness separately, then use the inbox in campaign pools and the unified inbox.
Microsoft 365
Authorize Microsoft mailbox synchronization through Graph permissions, verify sending credentials, and operate the inbox under the same limits and health controls.
SMTP and IMAP
Connect a compatible business mailbox through tested SMTP and IMAP settings when a provider-specific OAuth path is not the right fit.
Infrastructure and contact data
Choose each connection for a specific job.
Cloudflare-based domain setup
Coordinate nameserver delegation and authentication-record setup while retaining domain ownership, then independently verify the published result.
Provision inboxes in-product
Create configured Google or Microsoft business inboxes after the domain is ready. Your plan includes its listed allowance. Additional inboxes cost extra.
Platform default or your provider
Use the configured platform default or connect Clearout, Bouncify, NeverBounce, MillionVerifier, or LeadMagic with your own credentials.
Customer-owned intelligence
Supported adapters include Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, and LeadMagic. Available actions depend on each adapter's verified capabilities and your provider account.
Switching and automation
Move existing work in, then connect the next workflow.
Smartlead and Instantly migration workflows begin with a read-only compatibility check before supported records are transferred. The REST API, signed webhooks, and hosted MCP server support ongoing customer-owned automation.
- Smartlead and Instantly migration compatibility checks
- Versioned REST API with scoped keys
- HMAC-signed webhook deliveries
- Hosted MCP access on every plan

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which mailbox providers can I connect?
MailSequence has provider-specific flows for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and also supports compatible SMTP and IMAP business mailboxes. Each inbox must pass its required connection and sending-readiness checks.
Are provider subscriptions included?
MailSequence plans include their listed allowance of provisioned business inboxes. Additional inboxes and customer-owned domain, verification, enrichment, CRM, or other provider subscriptions cost extra.
Can I connect my own verification provider?
Yes. Supported customer-owned verification connections include Clearout, Bouncify, NeverBounce, MillionVerifier, and LeadMagic. A platform-default verifier can be used when configured.
What moves from Smartlead or Instantly?
Start with a read-only compatibility check. MailSequence then stages only the records supported by the current source connection. Reconnect mailbox credentials separately.
Is the API an extra integration plan?
No. REST API, signed webhooks, and hosted MCP access are available on every plan, subject to plan capacity, key scopes, and rate limits.
Does every catalog connection perform the same actions?
No. Each adapter has explicit capabilities such as verify, enrich, source, import, send, or synchronize. Select a connection only for a workflow its adapter supports.
