Terms of Service

1. The service and these terms

MailSequence is operated by Pranab Salian ("MailSequence," "we," "us," or the "Service"). We provide business email campaign software, including mailbox connection, sequencing, warmup, reply management, analytics, and related tooling at app.mailsequence.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service and form an agreement between you and Pranab Salian.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and the security of your credentials. Accounts require a business email address on a domain you own or are authorized to use.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Anti-Abuse Policy, applicable privacy and electronic-communications laws, and the rules of connected mailbox and service providers. You must honor unsubscribe requests and maintain suppression lists. We may reject or suspend accounts and campaigns that endanger recipients, platform integrity, or sender reputation.

4. Orders, billing, and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Before purchase, checkout will show the product, price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and amount due. Our payment provider may act as the merchant of record or payment processor and may present additional buyer terms.

Each plan includes the provisioned-business-inbox allowance shown at purchase. Additional inboxes, domains, and customer-owned third-party subscriptions cost extra unless an order expressly says otherwise. AI credits reset with the billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-ups are consumed after included credits.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription from the account billing area before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rata refunds, except for the billing or access failures listed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy or where applicable law requires a refund.

6. Digital delivery and your responsibilities

Software access is delivered electronically after successful payment and account provisioning. No physical goods are shipped. Optional mailbox or domain-related items have the delivery conditions described in our Digital Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for your internet connection, compatible third-party accounts, lawful contact sourcing, campaign content, and compliance with laws and provider rules that apply to your use. You must not use the Service to scrape contacts, send spam, evade provider controls, or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

7. Your data

Your contact lists, campaign content, and account data remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and secure the Service. You may export supported data through CSV or the API. See the Privacy Policy for how data is processed.

8. Intellectual property

MailSequence and its software, branding, documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No other rights are transferred.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular deliverability result, or that AI-assisted output will be accurate. We may modify features and will give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid use.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, non-payment, security risk, or violation of the Anti-Abuse Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
