MailSequence for agencies

Cold-email operations that treat your agency like a platform.

Give every client an isolated workspace, assess staged campaign transfers, manage organization-level connections once, and automate repeatable onboarding through the provisioning API.

3 workspaces on Growth·10 on Scale·Custom Enterprise capacity

Two agency operators coordinate outbound work across three separate client workspaces while replies return to the team.

Agency operating model

Keep client data separate and operations connected.

Isolated workspaces

Keep each client's contacts, campaigns, inboxes, suppressions, and reporting inside its own workspace.

Role-based access

Give each team member the access they need. Client data stays limited to the appropriate workspace.

Organization connections

Manage supported DNS and inbox-purchasing connections at the organization level, then use them across client setup.

Central reply operation

Review, assign, and answer replies from one workspace-level queue.

Workspace-level visibility

Track sends, replies, bounces, warmup, inbox health, and domain health in the client context.

Predictable capacity

Choose a plan with clear limits for workspaces, inboxes, domains, contacts, sequences, members, and AI credits.

Provisioning API

Turn client onboarding into a repeatable call.

Use an organization-scoped provisioning key to create a workspace, seed supported configuration, and receive a workspace operating key once. Idempotent requests make retries safe; domains and send-ready inboxes are connected separately.

  • Organization-bound tenancy: never selected from request data
  • Scoped workspace operating key returned once
  • Re-runnable workspace configuration seed
  • Plan workspace limits enforced during provisioning

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is MailSequence white-label?

No. MailSequence provides isolated client workspaces, organization-level operations, role-based access, and a provisioning API. Custom branding and white-label domains are not presented as shipped capabilities.

Which plan is intended for agencies?

Growth can support a small three-workspace operation. Scale is the main agency tier with 10 workspaces, 50 inboxes, 50 domains, 100 sequences, 15 members, and 10,000 monthly AI credits. Enterprise offers custom workspace capacity.

Can one client see another client's data?

Client data is separated by workspace, and access is role-controlled. Each API key fixes the organization or workspace it can access. Callers cannot choose another tenant by passing a workspace identifier.

Is provisioning available without the API?

Workspaces can be managed in the product UI. The provisioning API exists for agencies and operators that want repeatable programmatic onboarding, subject to the plan workspace limit.

Are inboxes included in agency pricing?

Yes. Each plan includes its listed provisioned-inbox allowance. Agencies can also connect supported inboxes they already own. Additional provisioned inboxes cost extra.
