FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which campaign metrics are available?
Campaign reporting includes emails sent, delivered messages, delivery success, replies, reply rate, sequence-version selection, step breakdown, and reply-disposition breakdown.
Can I report by inbox or domain?
Yes. Dedicated views let permitted users filter inboxes and domains and review volume, bounce, warmup, and health signals appropriate to each entity.
How is reply rate calculated?
In aggregated campaign reporting, reply rate is replies divided by delivered messages for the selected period. The interface also shows the underlying reply and delivery counts.
Are warmup messages mixed into campaign results?
Warmup uses its own events and reporting pipeline. Warmup-inclusive views label that scope; campaign reporting does not present warmup activity as campaign engagement.
Does MailSequence report open and click rates?
Campaign open and click tracking are not marketed as shipped. MailSequence focuses its website claims on sends, delivery, replies, bounces, warmup, and health.
Can I retrieve analytics through the API?
Yes. The public API includes workspace-scoped daily analytics and is available on every plan, subject to key scopes and rate limits.
