Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel a subscription

You may cancel a MailSequence subscription at any time from the account billing area. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, you retain access until then, and the subscription will not renew.

Refund requests

Payments are non-refundable once a paid billing period begins, except where required by law or where this policy expressly applies. Contact support@mailsequence.com promptly if you were charged more than once for the same order, charged after a timely cancellation, unable to receive purchased digital access because of a fault in MailSequence, or believe a charge was unauthorized.

We review requests individually using account activity, delivery status, prior refunds, and the reason for the request. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. A merchant-of-record or payment partner may issue a refund where required by its buyer terms, applicable law, or dispute-prevention obligations.

Plan changes and partial periods

Before you confirm a plan change, the account will show its price and effective date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellation, plan changes, unused time, unused capacity, or unused included AI credits. These items do not create a cash balance and are not carried over.

Refunds required by law

If applicable law requires a refund, we will provide it as required. Where the law permits deductions, the refundable amount may be reduced by the value of AI usage consumed during the current billing cycle and a manual processing fee equal to 4% of the amount originally billed for that cycle. Any deduction or fee must be permitted by law and disclosed before purchase or before you agree to it. We will not apply a deduction that would limit a mandatory consumer right.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. After we or our payment provider confirms a refund, your bank or payment service controls how long it takes to appear. Taxes are adjusted when required by the applicable transaction and tax rules.

What to include

Email the account email, transaction or invoice ID, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number, password, one-time code, or mailbox credential.
