From mailbox to campaign

Provisioning is the start of a controlled sending workflow.

Choose an owned domain

Use a business domain you control and complete its DNS setup before purchased mailbox provisioning.

Connect or purchase

Authorize Google or Microsoft mailbox synchronization and verify SMTP sending, or purchase a configured mailbox through the in-product reseller flow.

Warm progressively

Ramp activity instead of treating a newly connected mailbox as immediately ready for full campaign volume.

Set sending limits

Use conservative per-inbox limits that reflect mailbox age, provider guidance, and domain health.

Add to a sending pool

Distribute campaign work across eligible inboxes. This keeps volume from collecting in one account.

Monitor replies and health

Keep reply handling, bounce signals, warmup, and inbox health visible in the same workspace.

Capacity and cost

Your plan includes the inboxes you need to send.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which mailbox providers can I connect?

MailSequence supports Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business inboxes. OAuth authorizes mailbox synchronization; separate SMTP credentials must pass a connection test before sending. You can also provision configured business inboxes inside MailSequence.

Are inboxes included in the software price?

Yes. Each plan includes the listed allowance of provisioned business inboxes with no markup on that allowance at launch. Additional inboxes, domains, taxes, and customer-owned provider subscriptions cost extra.

Can I use a free Gmail or Outlook.com account?

MailSequence requires authenticated business inboxes on owned domains. Free consumer accounts and disposable SMTP servers are unsupported.

What must be ready before I purchase an inbox?

The selected domain must exist in the workspace and its nameservers must match the values required by the provisioning flow before mailbox purchase can proceed.

Does connecting an inbox make it ready for full volume?

No. A new or newly connected inbox should be warmed progressively and operated with conservative limits. Mailbox history, domain reputation, content, audience quality, and recipient behavior still matter.

How many inboxes can I add?

Starter supports 5, Growth 10, Scale 50, and Enterprise 200 inboxes. Per-domain limits also apply: 3, 5, 10, and 25 respectively.
