What setup means
The fastest path to a useful evaluation.
Choose capacity
Compare inboxes, domains, workspaces, contacts, sequences, members, and AI credits across the four plans.
Create the account
Register with your business identity and create the organization and workspace that will hold the operation.
Review billing terms
See the active billing timing and payment terms in the account before confirming a payment method or subscription decision.
Prepare infrastructure
Add an owned domain, prepare and independently verify DNS authentication, then connect or purchase the business inboxes the campaign will use.
Assess or build
Check one Smartlead or Instantly campaign for migration compatibility. You can also build a sequence and import a verified audience.
Launch conservatively
Warm senders, set explicit limits, run a controlled first campaign, and evaluate replies, bounces, and operating fit.
What you are evaluating
Measure the workflow your team will use.
Cold email software only becomes useful when it meets your inboxes, domains, lists, campaign logic, team access, and reply process. Setup makes those dependencies visible early.
- Infrastructure setup and daily operating effort
- Campaign import or creation fidelity
- Suppression and verification behavior
- Reply workflow, automation surface, and plan fit
Know the boundaries
Your plan covers the software. Infrastructure remains separate.
Included in plan capacity
MailSequence features and the published limits for inboxes, domains, workspaces, contacts, sequences, members, API access, and monthly AI credits.
Costs beyond the included allowance
Additional provisioned inboxes, domains, taxes, and subscriptions for customer-owned verification, data, CRM, DNS, or other third-party providers.
MailSequence is digitally delivered software; no physical goods are shipped. Your order and account screen show the exact items, price, renewal terms, and delivery status. See the Digital Delivery Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay for the software plan you choose. MailSequence does not add a separate professional-services or setup fee on this page.
When will I be charged?
The account displays the currently active billing timing and terms before you confirm a payment method or subscription decision. Those in-product terms govern because billing configuration can change.
Is there a free trial?
MailSequence starts with a paid plan because a useful evaluation requires real domains, business inboxes, DNS, warmup, contacts, and campaign configuration. Review the current checkout terms before purchasing.
Are inboxes and domains included?
The plan includes its listed provisioned-inbox allowance. Additional inboxes, domains, applicable taxes, and customer-owned provider subscriptions cost extra.
What should I migrate first?
Start with one stable campaign. Run the compatibility check, review which records can be staged, and connect existing or included provisioned business inboxes. Launch at a controlled volume before expanding.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from the account billing area before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid billing period and no pro-rata refund is provided. If law requires a refund and permits deductions, current-cycle AI usage and a processing fee equal to 4% of that cycle’s billed amount may be deducted. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the full terms.
