- Teams paying for Smartlead capacity they don't use.
- Operators who want warmup, rotation, and replies in one plan.
- Teams that want to test with one campaign in parallel.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I move my Smartlead campaigns over?
Start with a read-only compatibility check using an authorized Smartlead API key. We confirm the campaigns, sequence content, leads, and block-list records exposed by the current API before promising an automated transfer.
What about my suppression and unsubscribe lists?
Existing MailSequence suppressions are never cleared by a transfer. Confirm which Smartlead block-list and unsubscribe records were available and review the resulting suppression list before sending.
Do I need to reconnect every inbox?
Imported account metadata does not transfer mailbox credentials. Connect existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes through OAuth, or purchase configured business inboxes in-product.
Should I cancel Smartlead first?
No. Run one campaign in parallel, compare reply rates, and move the rest when you're confident.
How do client workspaces map over?
Each Smartlead client becomes an isolated MailSequence workspace with its own contacts, campaigns, inboxes, and reporting. Scale includes 10 client workspaces.
Evaluate one client campaign.
Keep Smartlead running while we verify the records that can be transferred and review the resulting MailSequence setup.
