Shared reply operation·Role-based access·API on every plan
Operating workflow
A clear handoff at every stage of outbound.
Prepare the audience
Import contacts by CSV or API, verify addresses, organize lists, and preserve suppression decisions.
Publish the sequence
Build email, delay, and reply-aware condition steps, then publish the version the team should run.
Control the senders
Choose a connected sending pool and distribute activity with round-robin or random allocation under enforced limits.
Stop at the reply
Associated replies stop remaining follow-up so the conversation can move from automation to a person.
Assign the conversation
Search, filter, tag, and assign each unified-inbox thread, then reply through its owning mailbox.
Review the operation
Inspect campaign, step, inbox, domain, bounce, disposition, warmup, and health reporting.
Team access
Give operators the access their work requires.
Members can run sequences, sending, reply triage, tags, and core analytics. Owners and admins retain broader control over contacts, infrastructure, settings, users, providers, exports, and full analytics.
Focused fit
Keep the rest of the revenue stack where it belongs.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is MailSequence a CRM?
No. It handles the cold-email operating layer and reply workflow, but it is not presented as a full sales CRM or deal-pipeline replacement.
Can teammates share reply work?
Yes. Workspace members can use the unified inbox, tags, assignment, and replies. Each thread supports one active assignee at a time.
Can we connect both Google and Microsoft inboxes?
Yes. Existing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business inboxes connect through OAuth. Configured business inboxes can also be purchased in-product after domain setup.
Can we migrate existing campaigns?
For Smartlead and Instantly, begin with a read-only compatibility check and confirm the supported records before transfer. Mailbox credentials reconnect separately.
Which results can the team measure?
Reporting covers sends, delivery, replies, reply rate, hard and soft bounces, sequence steps, reply dispositions, warmup, inbox health, and domain health. Campaign open and click tracking are not marketed as shipped.
